What we collect

Information you choose to give us, like your name, email, phone number, street address (if you share it for a yard sign), ZIP code, and how you'd like to help. When you donate, ActBlue processes your payment and collects the information required by campaign finance law. Our web host may keep basic technical logs, like IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure.

How we use it

To contact you about the campaign, volunteer opportunities, and events. To follow the law, including required campaign finance reports.

Text messages

If you opt in to texts, we use your number only to send campaign updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not sell or share your text opt-in or phone number with anyone.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only when the law requires it or with service providers who help us run the campaign and agree to protect it.

Other websites

Our site links to other sites, including ActBlue and the South Dakota Secretary of State's official voter tools. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
